Hello, we are a small family farm working together, You will see Rachel Yadlowski often at the markets where you can ask any questions about our Fresh mushrooms and Cosmetic mushroom creams. Carleton Gruger is often working in the laboratory or doing tours of our growing space for families interested in seeing the wonders of this process. We will be sharing with you, our adventures into growing mushrooms of a dozen sorts! We have found our roots in the community of Central Alberta who’s great new friends value quality products with honest people. We started this venture in the summer of 2015 and we look to provide the highest quality mushrooms to local restaurants and customers who value a clean and nutritious source of food.

We design our mushrooms with taste and nutritional content in mind. Ensuring you receive only the freshest grown mushrooms from our market to your home. We understand you need the right food from the start so we look to help by bringing these to the local Markets in and around Leduc, Pigeon Lake, and Edmonton along with local restaurants who also value your health.

With your help we are able to continue growing our roots in our community and we look forward to seeing you at the market!King-Blue Oyster

Our contact page provides all the various ways you can talk with either of us or ask questions about how we do it, when the next batch of mushrooms are ready, or for tours of our facility. We are always looking to learn more and if you have suggestions on literature stop by our stall.
