Every Saturday till the end of our season we will be at Local Meats Leduc a locally sourced butcher shop Open 10am-5pm . With new varieties of mushrooms and even more delicious greens we are sure to please! We also provide easy recipes to try each variety. With all the lovely faces meeting Carleton on Saturdays at Local Meats we are over joyed to share our story and get you involved with the journey into gourmet fungi. We are learning something new everyday and we use this to make sure you get a better mushrooms each week!
The new friends we have gained and connections to wonderful people make this the best community possible. Carleton and myself depend on your support and sharing our message and delicious mushrooms because a healthy network of friends makes our job that much better!
